What we store
- Account: your e-mail address and a hash of your password (never the password itself).
- Orders: the app, country, number, price and the messages the number received during your activation.
- Payments: amount, status and the payment processor's reference. Card and wallet details stay with PayPal or NOWPayments; we never see them.
- Server logs: IP address and time of requests, to stop fraud and abuse.
Why
To run your account and orders, to keep your balance correct, to meet accounting and anti-fraud obligations, and to measure which routes deliver codes (as totals, never tied to you on public pages).
How long
The text of messages received on a number is erased 30 days after it arrives. Order and payment records are kept as long as accounting law requires. Server logs are kept for 14 days.
Cookies
We set one cookie, fso_sid, only when you log in or submit a form. It keeps you logged in and protects forms against forgery. We use no advertising or analytics cookies, so there is no cookie banner.
Who else sees data
Number suppliers receive only the order they need to fulfil (no name or e-mail). Payment processors receive what they need to process your payment. Our servers are in Hetzner data centres in the EU. We do not sell personal data.
Your rights
You can ask for a copy of your data, correction, or deletion of your account (records we must keep by law are kept until that duty ends). Write to [email protected].
