Built for mid-sized cities

aiqfome started in the interior of Brazil and built its network in cities where the biggest delivery apps had less coverage. Many of its partners are family restaurants, snack bars and pizzerias that handle their own deliveries or use local couriers.

That local character shapes the phone question. A small kitchen may call to confirm an address, say an item is out, or ask for change for cash.

People most often use one of our numbers for aiqfome to:

Many apps expect the number you keep. We help with the cases above; we do not help anyone reach an account that is not theirs — see our acceptable use policy.

A Brazilian number is expected

Sign-up codes go by SMS to the number you enter, and the app is designed for Brazilian mobiles. Foreign numbers can have trouble receiving codes, and a restaurant may not call an international number.

If you live in Brazil, use your own number. If you are visiting, a local SIM makes delivery apps far easier.

The number during the order

Once an order is placed, the restaurant and courier see how to contact you. Addresses in some neighbourhoods are hard to find, and gated buildings need someone to come down. A number that cannot take calls turns those small problems into a cold dinner or a cancelled order.

Addresses that couriers can find

In many Brazilian neighbourhoods, a street name and number are not enough. Houses share numbers, streets change names, and condominiums have several entrances. Couriers rely on the reference point field, such as "blue gate next to the bakery" or "block B, ask at the gatehouse", and on being able to call you when the map pin and the street disagree.

Fill in the reference point every time you save an address, and check the map pin before you confirm the first order. It saves the courier a call. If they still need to call, it saves you a cold meal.

Paying in the app or at the door

Depending on the restaurant, you can pay in the app or on delivery, by card machine, cash or Pix. Each restaurant sets its options, and the app shows them before you order. If you pay cash, say in the order if you need change.

Keeping the account safe

Scammers sometimes contact customers pretending to be the app or a restaurant and ask for the SMS code to "confirm the order". That code signs them in to your account. The app's support works inside the app, and nobody needs your code.

Coupons and first orders

Delivery apps in Brazil use coupons heavily, including first-order discounts. Those are meant for one person's first order. Opening accounts with different numbers to reuse them breaks the terms, and the app can cancel the coupons or the accounts. We do not support using our numbers for it.

Questions

Where does aiqfome operate?

Across Brazil, with a strong presence in mid-sized cities outside the largest capitals.

Does aiqfome accept rented numbers?

Sometimes, for the signup code, depending on the range. The table on this page shows current results.

Why did the restaurant call me?

To confirm an address, an item or change for cash. Small restaurants often call directly.

Many restaurants accept payment on delivery. The app shows the options for each.

Is aiqfome part of Magalu?

Yes, it belongs to the Magalu group.

What if the code never arrives?

You are not charged. The held amount returns to your balance when no SMS arrives in time.

Do you have free aiqfome numbers?

Public free numbers are shared by everyone who visits a site, so aiqfome usually rejects them or someone else reads the code first. Our numbers are private for the whole activation.

What if aiqfome does not send the code?

You are not charged. Try another country from the table — delivery differs by country, and the measured rates show where it works best.

From $4.20, depending on the country. The price shown is the whole price: it is held on your balance and charged only when the SMS arrives.
