Numbers
You are charged only when an SMS arrives. If nothing arrives before the time limit, or you cancel after the minimum wait, the held amount returns to your balance automatically — there is nothing to claim.
If a code arrived but was wrong or unusable, contact support within 24 hours with the order ID; we review each case and credit your balance when the fault was on our or the supplier's side.
PayPal top-ups
If you tried to receive an SMS and none arrived, and no SMS has ever been delivered to your account, your PayPal balance is sent back to the PayPal account that paid it when you ask. Refunds are never automatic without a request: open one in your panel under Support → Refund my balance. The page shows the exact amount before you send, and the refund goes out automatically 2 hours after your request, within 14 days of the top-up.
If you have not tried to receive an SMS yet, please try first — you are only charged when a code arrives. If you still cannot receive one after 5 attempts, request the refund again.
PayPal keeps its own processing fee when a payment is refunded and does not return it to us, so that fee is deducted from the amount sent back. We add no fee of our own.
Attempts that did not bring a code were never charged. Once an SMS code has been delivered to your account, the balance is not refunded; it stays on your account and never expires.
Crypto top-ups
Crypto top-ups cannot be refunded: a blockchain transfer cannot be sent back to its sender. The balance never expires — it stays on your account for good and can be used at any time for any app, in any country we cover.
Disputes
Please contact us before opening a PayPal dispute or chargeback. A dispute makes PayPal hold the money until the case is closed, which stops us refunding you directly and takes far longer. The account is suspended while a dispute is open.
