Why Skrill checks more than most apps

One account per person, and what happens to a second

Skrill's terms allow one account per person. Accounts that appear to belong to the same person — same identity, device, cards or payment patterns — can be restricted or closed, sometimes together. A different phone number does not make a second account legitimate.
