1. The service

FreeSmsOtp provides temporary phone numbers for receiving SMS verification codes. A number is rented for one activation for the app and country you choose; we show you the messages that number receives during the activation.

2. Your account

You need an account with a working e-mail address to buy numbers. Keep your password to yourself; you are responsible for what happens under your account. You must be at least 18 years old.

3. Balance and prices

You top up a prepaid balance in US dollars. The price of a number is shown before you buy it. Placing an order holds that amount on your balance; it is charged only when at least one SMS arrives. If no SMS arrives before the time limit, or you cancel, the hold is released. Balance does not expire while your account is open and cannot be transferred to another account.

Crypto top-ups are final and non-refundable, because a blockchain transfer cannot be sent back to its sender. Balance credited from them never expires: it stays on your account for good and can be used at any time for any app, in any country we cover. See the refund policy.

4. What we cannot promise

Apps decide for themselves whether to send a code and whether to accept a number. We cannot guarantee that a particular app will send a code to or accept a particular number, which is why you pay only for delivered codes. A number is yours only for the activation; afterwards it may be given to someone else, so do not rely on it for account recovery.

5. Forbidden uses

You may not use the service for anything illegal or for fraud, spam, harassment, evading bans, or creating accounts in bulk. The full list is in our acceptable use policy. We may suspend accounts that break these rules; balance paid for with a reversed or disputed payment is removed.

6. Liability

The service is provided as is. To the extent the law allows, our liability for any claim is limited to the amount you paid us in the three months before it arose.
