Regulated crypto means identity checks

EU rules treat crypto exchanges and payment services as financial businesses for anti-money-laundering purposes. They must identify customers, monitor transactions and report suspicious activity. Newer EU crypto regulation adds licensing and conduct rules on top.

For a customer, that means an account tied to your real identity. Details that do not match, such as a card in someone else's name or a phone that is not yours, lead to rejected purchases or frozen accounts.

People most often use one of our numbers for Ari10 to:

Many apps expect the number you keep. We help with the cases above; we do not help anyone reach an account that is not theirs — see our acceptable use policy.

Transfers carry your details

EU rules on crypto transfers require providers to attach information about the sender and recipient to transfers, and to take extra steps for transfers to or from self-hosted wallets above certain amounts. You may be asked who owns a destination wallet or to prove that a wallet is yours. That is normal compliance, not a sign of a problem.

Buying through a partner's gateway

Ari10's gateway appears inside other websites, such as a game, a shop or a crypto project, to let their users buy tokens. The payment and the identity check still happen with Ari10 under its rules. Before entering card or ID details, check that the gateway window belongs to the real service and that the partner site is one you trust.

Protecting the account

Use a unique password and the strongest second factor offered. An authenticator app resists SIM swaps in a way SMS codes do not. Keep your email secure, because it can reset the account, and check withdrawal addresses character by character. Some malware swaps copied addresses.

Crypto transfers cannot be undone

A card payment can sometimes be disputed. A crypto transfer, once confirmed, cannot. That makes crypto the payment of choice for scams: fake investment platforms, romance scams that end in "investment", fake giveaways, and fake support. Send crypto only to addresses you have verified yourself, for purposes you understand.

"Recovery" services

After a crypto loss, victims are often contacted by "recovery experts" or "blockchain lawyers" who promise to trace and return the funds for a fee. These are nearly always a second scam. Report losses to the police and to the service involved, and ignore unsolicited recovery offers.

Keep records

Crypto gains are usually taxable, and regulated services keep transaction records tied to your identity. Keep your own records of purchases, sales and transfers too, including dates, amounts and prices in your currency. It makes tax returns easier, and it helps with any compliance questions about the source of funds later.

When the code does not arrive

In order of how often each one is the real cause:

  1. Identity verification failed
Use a valid document and details that match exactly.
  2. A card payment was declined
The card must be in your name, and your bank may block crypto purchases.
  3. You are asked who owns a wallet
That is required under EU transfer rules. Answer accurately.
  4. You sent crypto to the wrong address
Transfers cannot be reversed. Contact the recipient service if it is a known platform.
  5. Someone offers to recover lost crypto
    Treat it as a scam.

Working out which case you are in

  1. Are all details on the account yours? Yes Continue. No Do not proceed.
  2. Is an authenticator app available? Yes Use it. No Protect your SIM with a carrier PIN.
  3. Are you buying through a partner site? Yes Check the gateway is genuine. No Use the official site.
  4. Did someone promise returns or recovery? Yes Stop. No Carry on.

Questions

What is Ari10?

A Polish crypto company with an exchange and a payment gateway used by partner sites.

Can I use a rented number for Ari10?

We do not recommend it. Regulated crypto accounts must match your identity.

Why do I need to verify my identity?

EU anti-money-laundering and crypto rules require it.

Why am I asked about the wallet I am sending to?

EU transfer rules require information about senders and recipients.

Can a crypto transfer be reversed?

No. Once confirmed, it is final.

Is a crypto recovery service legitimate?

Unsolicited recovery offers are almost always scams.

Do you have free Ari10 numbers?

Public free numbers are shared by everyone who visits a site, so Ari10 usually rejects them or someone else reads the code first. Our numbers are private for the whole activation.

What if Ari10 does not send the code?

You are not charged. Try another country from the table — delivery differs by country, and the measured rates show where it works best.

How much does a Ari10 number cost?

From $4.06, depending on the country. The price shown is the whole price: it is held on your balance and charged only when the SMS arrives.

Can I use the number again later?

No. An activation covers one code. If the account may ask for a code again, keep your own number on it or add an authenticator app.

Which country should I choose for Ari10?

Right now the lowest prices are in Indonesia ($4.06), Brazil ($4.16), Finland ($4.16). Where we have at least 100 measured orders the table also shows the delivery rate — when there is one, pick the country with the highest rate.
