NETELLER and Skrill are both owned by Paysafe and they look similar from the outside: online wallets used to pay and get paid on gaming, trading and shopping sites. Underneath, they are separate services. Your Skrill login does not work on NETELLER, balances do not move between them automatically, and each runs its own verification.

People sometimes open both to compare fees or because a site supports only one. That is allowed as long as each account is genuinely yours, but each one then needs its own care — its own number on file, its own two-factor setup, its own identity check.

People most often use one of our numbers for NETELLER to:

Keep that code private and different from your password. Nobody from NETELLER needs to know it.

Limits grow with verification

A new NETELLER account can do little until it is verified. Identity documents, proof of address and sometimes information about the source of funds unlock higher limits and more features, and loyalty tiers can raise them further over time.

All of that is tied to the person. A rented number has no part in it, and an account that will grow into higher limits should have your own number on it from the start.

One person, one NETELLER account

NETELLER allows one account per person. A second account opened under the same identity, even with a different phone number, can lead to restrictions on both. We do not support opening extra accounts with our numbers, whether for bonuses on gaming sites or to get around a limit.

The emails to ignore

Wallet users receive convincing emails saying an account is limited, a payment is waiting or verification is needed, with a link to "fix" it. The link leads to a fake sign-in page that collects your password and codes. Open the NETELLER app or type the address yourself; real notices are there.

4. Limits are too low
   Complete identity and address verification; limits grow with verification and history.
5. The account was restricted
